- 2. Sale by Auction
- Our auction sales are conducted from our premises in Westerhope and allow buyers the option to bid either in person, by phone or by ‘proxy’. Our ‘unconditional auctions ensure that on the fall of the hammer contracts are exchanged and the successful buyer must immediately pay a 10% deposit (subject to a minimum of £4,200). Completion will then take place within 28 days.
- Viewing slots are made available prior to the auction and Legal Packs are available to view prior to bidding. It is recommended that all potential buyers view these and consult a legal representative prior to bidding, taking particular notice of any Special Conditions of sale.
